Shipping Policy
AmsterdamSauer.com only ships to addresses in the United States and reserves the right not to ship if the address is different from the home address or the registered billing address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Items must be sent to a street address. Some restrictions apply.
In Stock Merchandise:
Usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days. AmsterdamSauer.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Standard delivery:
We deliver via FEDEX, UPS, USPS or a comparable delivery service. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Certificates may or may not be shipped together with purchased item. Certificates not shipped together with purchased items may arrive up to several business days later, please allow some time to receive them before contacting us. Please note that not every product holds a certificate.
Standard Orders:
All standard orders are processed within 3 business days with expected delivery of 1-15 business days later.
Note: Since the merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
Shipping Fees:
There are NO SHIPPING FEES for jewelry and Amsterdam Sauer watches purchased at AmsterdamSauer.com. For larger items, such as Amsterdam Sauer Object D’Art, shipping charges apply. Charges are based on size, weight, destination and value.

A jewelry box accompanies every jewelry purchase at AmsterdamSauer.com. Some restrictions apply.

International Delivery:
Amsterdam Sauer accepts orders to be delivered to US territory only.
We cannot deliver outside of US territory.
Exchange and Return Policy
Please carefully read the exchange, refund or credit instructions, and then fill out the Return and Exchange Form available at: AmsterdamSauer.com/returns in order to be ensured of a full refund for you purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the Return and Exchange Form.

1. Please print and fill out the form, indicating the item(s) being returned or exchanged and stating the reason(s) for your dissatisfaction. Insert the form inside your returning package.
2. Pack your merchandise securely and be sure to include your purchase invoice (this may be a photocopy), the corresponding certificate and the item(s) to be returned or exchanged.
3. Ship with your preferred courier to the address provided by our phone representatives. Please remember to insure your package. We strongly recommend you to send your item(s) by registered mail, with a return receipt and insurance option. Do not ship your item(s) to any address different from the one provided by our phone representatives. All and any item(s) to be repaired can only be mailed to the address provided over the phone within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund purposes. Items will only be accepted if they are in the original saleable condition, with purchase receipt and certificate(s). The condition of items received will be inspected before granting credit, exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Items that are received without the corresponding purchase receipt will not be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to limit or refuse an exchange or a refund.
On expiry of the 30-day grace period from the purchase date, items will no longer be eligible for exchange or refund.
Amsterdam Sauer is not responsible for Shipping and Handling charges on returned and exchanged items. Amsterdam Sauer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any shipments that are lost and/or are damaged in transit. Amsterdam Sauer is not responsible for any item(s) shipped by the client. Amsterdam Sauer cannot be held liable and will not be responsible for any items shipped to any address different from the one provided. Please allow at least 10 business days from our receipt of your package for your return to be processed; please note that the transaction will take longer to appear on your statement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If your purchase was shipped to you from an overseas address, DO NOT RETURN it to that address. Call 1800-345-3564 for the shipping address.
Items shipped to addresses different from the one provided by our phone representatives will be considered as LOST, since we are unable to guarantee the retrieval of goods held up by foreign Customs authorities. No refunds, credits or replacements will be granted in these cases.
